
Dr. Karyl Powell (Dr. Kay) is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Jamaica who is passionate about helping people thrive. She has advanced training in supporting individuals facing challenges such as ADHD, child abuse, depression, anxiety, self-harm, grief and loss (including bereavement, separation, and divorce), and trauma. Dr. Kay is known for her calm presence and gentle approach, making it easy for clients to feel comfortable, supported, and understood.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Kay enjoys music, reading, nature walks, and swimming. As an active member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, she finds joy in serving her community. Together with our team of highly trained mental health professionals, Dr. Kay is committed to supporting others as they make positive strides toward personal growth and improved mental well-being.
